What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands €2,75 (free shipping above €50).
To other countries €4,95 (free shipping above €100).

Where can I enter a discount code or gift card?

A discount code or gift card can be entered in the designated field in the shopping cart. You can find this field under the total amount. Enter the code and click on 'Apply voucher'.

Note: Unfortunately it is not possible to apply a discount coupon afterwards.

It's a gift. How are the jewels packed?

Orders are always wrapped as a gift. Would you like to have something wrapped separately, or a message for the recipient? Please indicate this during ordering in the comments field.

The gift bag will be sent in a bubble envelope, to minimize the chance of damage in transit. The envelopes fit in your mailbox, so you don't have to stay at home to receive it. If you have ordered a display pillow, your order will be sent by parcel post.

I have a rush order, is that possible?

Usually this is possible, if you let me know as soon as possible what your wishes are, then we will look for a solution together. Please keep in mind that unfortunately I have no influence on postal shipments, they can be delayed.

I have not received an order confirmation, has my order been received correctly?

If you have completed your order and payment via the website, then you can assume that your order has been received. Immediately after placing your order you will receive a confirmation on the email address you have provided. Has this not arrived? Check your junk folder first. If you haven't received anything there either, please contact us.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, you can. Please indicate this when ordering and choose 'Pick up', then no shipping costs will be calculated.

My small workshop is located in Made, Noord-Brabant. If you wish to collect your order, I will be happy to make an appointment, to make sure I am present and have completed your order.

Shipping and delivery

What is the delivery time?

Orders are normally made and shipped within 1-3 working days. For custom made jewellery you have to take into account about a week, depending on how busy it is.

Orders are shipped via PostNL. Within the Netherlands you can usually expect your order within 1-2 days. Check the expected delivery times for other countries here. Unfortunately I have no influence on delays at the postal service.

I haven't received my order yet, now what?

The orders are shipped with PostNL. In most cases they deliver the next business day (within the Netherlands). Occasionally there may be some delay, unfortunately I have no influence on this. Have you received anything after one week (within the Netherlands)? Please check your confirmation email for the correct address and house number and contact me. Outside the Netherlands: Check here the expected delivery times to other countries.

I am not satisfied with my order, what are the possibilities?

It may happen that you are not satisfied with your order. What a pity! Please contact me via the contact form, via email(info@mint15.com) or via WhatsApp. I would like to hear from you what you are not satisfied with, so I can continue to improve my service.

  • Are the bracelets too small or too large? If you return the bracelets, I will gladly adjust them to the desired size.
  • Do you prefer another color or another model? You may exchange it! You can also choose a voucher to use later.
  • Return is also possible. Read how it works here.

The right of return does not apply to custom-made jewelry.

About the jewelry

Can I order another size?

Mint15 bracelets are suitable for most wrist sizes. The size of the bracelets is adjustable from 16 to 19cm. Of course it is possible that you need smaller or bigger bracelets. Please contact me to see if I can make your bracelets fit.

To calculate your size:
Wrap a tape measure around your wrist, just below the bones in your wrist. Measure tightly, but don't let it pinch. The number of centimetres you measure is your size. Don't have a tape measure? Then you can wrap a piece of ribbon or string around your wrist and measure it with a ruler.

Can I order custom-made jewelry?

Are you looking for a piece of jewellery in a different colour or a slightly different model? Usually that is possible. Please contact me for the possibilities. Please note that the delivery time for custom-made jewellery is a bit longer, about a week.

How do I get the bracelets with lock easily on?

It can be difficult to get the bracelets with a clasp on easily (by yourself). A trick is to extend the bracelet with a rubber band, paperclip or safety pin which you attach to the ring of the bracelet and hold it with the hand where the bracelet is around. Now you can easily reach the ring with the lock of the bracelet to close it.

Which jewelry is the most popular?

There is a special page where you can see the best selling jewelry of the past week. You can find it here. In general you like the gold colored ones best, those are the most sold.

Can the jewelry be discolored?

Goldplated / silverplated

The goldplated parts are coated with real gold, thickness of 5 mils (about 127 microns = 0.13 mm). The silverplated parts are coated with real silver, thickness of 40 mils (about 1mm).

How long the jewelry remain beautiful has to do with the thickness of the plating layer. The thicker this layer, the less likely it will wear off. In addition, the speed of discoloration also depends on the acidity (PH value) of your skin. Some people have a certain acidity level that jewellery cannot tolerate.

However, if you treat your jewellery wisely, it can remain beautiful for a very long time and will hardly discolour. Read the maintenance tips to keep your jewellery beautiful for the longest time.

Stainless Steel

There is also a collection available with jewelry that is made of stainless steel. This is a strong and durable material with a layer of chrome. The gold variants have a 14kt gold plated layer. The stainless steel jewelry does not discolor.

Is there a warranty on the jewelry?

Mint15 provides a one month warranty on the jewellery from the date of purchase. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect within two months after its discovery. Mint15 determines whether the warranty is applicable and determines the manner of repair and shipment. If the defect is covered by the warranty, I will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to:

  • discoloration of the metal by contact with moisture, perfume and/or other cosmetics;
  • Wear, damage or breakage of jewelry or parts due to improper use, because the jewel fell or was stuck behind something;
  • discoloration or wear of wire/cords.
I have a nickel allergy, can I safely wear the jewelry?

Yes, all jewelry in the webshop is nickel and lead free.

Where are the materials for the jewelry purchased?

A frequently asked question that I'd rather not give away completely. I don't have 1 place where I buy everything, there is so much beautiful material all over the world.

The basic materials are made for me in a factory in Korea. There they are given the beautiful plating in another factory. This is also where my labels for the jewelry are made.

Can I come by and see the jewelry?

My small atelier is located in Made, Noord-Brabant. You are always welcome to come by and see some of my jewelry. Always make an appointment with me, to make sure we meet.
