Warranty & complaints


It is extremely important to me that my jewellery is delivered in good condition and that you can enjoy it for a long time. However, it can happen that an order is broken during shipment or that something else happens that gives you the right to claim warranty. Mint15 provides a one month warranty on the jewellery from the date of purchase. Legally you are obliged to report the defect within two months after discovering it.

Contact Mint15 via the contact form on the website, via mail(info@mint15.com) or via WhatsApp. Mint15 determines whether the warranty is applicable and determines the method of repair and shipment. If the defect is within the guarantee, I will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Please note that the guarantee does not apply to:

  • discolouration of the metal due to contact with moisture, perfume and/or other cosmetics;
  • wear, damage or breakage of jewellery or parts due to improper use, because the jewellery has been dropped or left behind;
  • discolouration or wear of wire/cords.


It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. It is advisable to first report complaints to Mint15 by sending an e-mail to info@mint15.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil.

As from 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union's platform.
