For me it's extremely important that my jewelry is delivered properly and that you can enjoy it for a long time. However, it can happen that an order is broken during shipment or that something else happens that gives you the right to claim warranty. Mint15 provides a one month warranty on the jewelry from the date of purchase. Legally you are obliged to report the defect within two months after its discovery.

Contact Mint15 via the contact form on the website, via mail(info@mint15.com) or via WhatsApp. Mint15 will determine whether the warranty is applicable and determine the method of possible repair and shipment. If the defect is within the warranty, I will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to:

  • discoloration of the metal by contact with moisture, perfume and/or other cosmetics;
  • Wear, damage or breakage of jewelry or parts due to improper use, because the jewel fell or was stuck behind something;
  • discoloration or wear of wire/cords.


It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. It is advisable to first report complaints to Mint15 by sending an e-mail to info@mint15.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union's platform.
