It may happen that you are not satisfied with your order. What a pity! Please contact me via the contact form, via email( or via WhatsApp. I would like to hear from you what you are not satisfied with, so that I can continue to improve my service.

  • Are the bracelets too small or too large? If you return the bracelets, I will gladly adjust them to the desired size.
  • Do you prefer another colour or another model? You may exchange it! You can also choose a voucher to use later.
  • Return is also possible. Read below how this works.


You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the customer and shipping is at the customer's own risk. These costs are approximately €1,92 per envelope within the Netherlands (20-50 grams). For the exact rates, please consult the website of your postal carrier.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product shall be returned to Mint15 in its original condition, unworn and in the original packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact me via or via the contact form. I will then refund the amount of the order within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

Do you want to exchange a product? That is no problem at all. Please contact However, you will have to bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

Customisation exception:

Custom-made jewellery purchased via the web shop is specified by the customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made jewellery, i.e. it cannot be returned. The sale is final after successful payment.
