WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.
Please contact Mint15 via the contact form, via email or via WhatsApp. Mint15 determines whether the warranty applies and the method of possible repair and shipping. If the defect is covered by the warranty, I will repair or replace it free of charge.
Please note: the warranty does not apply to:
» discoloration of the metal due to contact with moisture, perfume and/or other cosmetics;
» wear, damage or breakage of jewelry or parts due to improper use, because the jewelry has fallen or got stuck somewhere;
» discoloration or wear of thread/cords.
COMPLAINTS
It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@mint15.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/.
From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
