Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You will automatically receive a confirmation by email when your order has been completed. Do you have an urgent order? Please feel free to contact me for the possibilities.
Orders are carefully packaged for shipping, minimizing the risk of damage. Orders are shipped with PostNL. The shipping boxes fit in the mailbox, so you don't have to stay at home to receive them.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, I have no influence on postal shipments. Delivery times can always vary. Postal delays sometimes occur and customs clearance times vary widely. Mint15 is not liable for loss and/or damage to deliveries.

Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1-2 working days after your order has been completed at Mint15.

DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. No orders will be shipped on weekends and Dutch public holidays, because no mail will be collected then. No mail is delivered on public holidays.
Dutch holidays:
- New Year, January 1
- Easter Monday
- King's Day, April 27
- Ascension Day, forty days after Easter
- Pentecost Monday
- Christmas, December 25 and 26
Please note that during busy times (such as December and Black Friday) there is a higher chance of postal delays. So be on time when ordering your Christmas gifts!
