There are various shipping methods available within the Netherlands. The delivery time within the Netherlands is usualy 1-2 business days after your order has been completed at Mint15.

- Mailbox Parcel (Track & Trace): €4,95.
- Free shipping from €75 / Mailbox Parcel (Track & Trace).
Note: The delivery time is only an indication. The delivery time depends on the situation at PostNL. Please note that during busy times (like December and Black Friday) there may be more chance of postal delays.
All orders outside the Netherlands are sent as Priority Express Mail with tracking. You don't have to stay at home, the packages fit through the mailbox.

Shipping and handling
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You will automatically receive an order confirmation by email when your order has been completed. Do you have a rush order? Please contact me for the possibilities.
The jewelry is always packed in a festive way, so that it is always a gift to receive. When ordering, you can indicate in the comments field whether you want something packed separately. Orders are carefully packed for shipment, which minimizes the risk of damage. Orders are shipped via PostNL. The envelopes fit through the mailbox, so you don't have to stay at home to receive them.
Different deliveries:
No orders will be shipped on weekends and Dutch public holidays, because no mail will be collected then. No mail is delivered on public holidays.
Please note that during busy times (like December and Black Friday) there may be more chance of postal delays. So please be on time with ordering your Christmas gifts!
Unfortunately I have no influence on postal shipments. Delivery times can always variate. Postal delays sometimes occur and customs clearing times vary a lot. Mint15 is not liable for loss and/or damage of deliveries.
