Netherlands: All orders are shipped with PostNL. In most cases, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day. Letterbox parcels are delivered from Tuesday through Saturday.

First, check your Track & Trace information to see where your order is currently located. International shipments can sometimes be delayed, for example due to customs clearance.

Yes. All jewelry in our webshop complies with current European regulations regarding nickel, lead and cadmium. As a result, it is suitable for most people with sensitive skin.

Yes. Some of our jewelry contains natural gemstones, freshwater pearls or other natural materials. As these are natural products, slight variations in color, shape and texture are completely normal. These subtle differences are what make every piece unique.

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. This helps keep the materials, colors and finish looking beautiful for as long as possible.

Gold-colored components, glass beads and natural materials can gradually be affected by water, perfume, cosmetics and other external influences.

Mint15 bracelets are adjustable and suitable for a wrist circumference of approximately 16 to 19 cm (6.3–7.5 inches). Therefore, you do not need to select a size when placing your order.

To check whether the bracelet will fit, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone using a measuring tape. Don't have one? Simply use a piece of string or ribbon and measure it afterwards with a ruler.

For reference: the model in the product photos has a wrist circumference of approximately 16 cm (6.3 inches).

Fastening a bracelet on your own can sometimes be a little tricky. Fortunately, there are a few handy tricks! For example, use a paperclip, elastic band or hairpin to temporarily extend the bracelet, making it much easier to fasten the clasp.

Yes, you can. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have another 30 days to send the product back.

Whenever reasonably possible, products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund your purchase as quickly as possible.

Mint15 offers a six-month warranty on all jewelry from the date of purchase. Under Dutch law, any defect should be reported within two months of discovering it. If the issue is covered by the warranty, I will repair the item free of charge or, if necessary, provide a suitable replacement.

Please note: The warranty does not cover:

• Wear, damage or breakage of jewelry, components, threads or cords caused by improper use.
• Damage resulting from modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.
• Loss of jewelry.
