You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have another 30 days to send the product back to us.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs. The costs of returning the item to Mint15 are at your own expense. Please check the website of your chosen carrier for the current return rates.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the return form below. You will then receive further instructions on how to return your order. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

You may inspect and try on the product just as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit, we may deduct any loss in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
