How to keep your jewelry looking beautiful for as long as possible
Our jewelry is carefully handcrafted using high-quality materials, including stainless steel, glass beads and natural materials. As many of our jewelry pieces are made from a combination of different materials, we recommend following the care instructions for the entire piece. With the right care, you can enjoy your jewelry for many years to come.
We recommend:
» removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping;
» avoiding contact with perfume, body lotion, sunscreen and other cosmetics whenever possible;
» storing your jewelry in a dry place when not wearing it;
» cleaning your jewelry occasionally with a soft cloth.
Gold-coloured jewelry retains its beautiful appearance for the longest time when exposure to moisture and chemicals is kept to a minimum.
Stainless Steel
Our stainless steel jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel. This material is strong, durable and suitable for everyday wear. Compared to many traditionally gold-plated jewelry pieces, stainless steel is more resistant to tarnishing and retains its beautiful appearance with normal use.
For our gold-coloured stainless steel components, we use a high-quality IPG (Ion Plating Gold) coating. This advanced coating process bonds a thin layer of gold to the stainless steel under vacuum, making the gold finish significantly more resistant to wear than traditional gold plating.
Although IPG is highly durable, it is still a coating. Factors such as frequent exposure to water, chlorine, salt water, perfume, cosmetics and your skin's natural acidity may affect the longevity of the gold finish over time.
Glass Beads
Many of our handmade jewelry pieces feature high-quality glass beads in a variety of shapes and sizes. These beads are suitable for everyday wear and, with proper care, retain their beautiful appearance for a long time.
To preserve their colour and shine for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding frequent contact with water, perfume, creams, sunscreen and household cleaning products. Glass is a delicate material, so please wear your jewelry with care to help prevent damage or breakage.
Freshwater Pearls
Freshwater pearls are a natural material that gives our handmade jewelry a timeless and elegant look. As every pearl is naturally formed, each one is unique and may vary slightly in shape, size and lustre. These subtle variations are part of what makes every piece of jewelry special.
To preserve their natural beauty for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and household cleaning products whenever possible. Please also handle your jewelry with care, as pearls are more susceptible to scratches and impact than metal.
Natural Materials
Some of our jewelry contains freshwater pearls, natural gemstones or other natural materials. Because these materials are formed by nature, every piece is unique. Small variations in colour, shape, texture or lustre are completely normal and add to the individuality of each piece. Therefore, your jewelry may differ slightly from the product photos.
Lifespan & Care
We carefully select our materials to ensure you can enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible. However, how long a piece of jewelry maintains its beautiful appearance also depends on how it is worn and cared for. Factors such as your skin's natural acidity, perspiration, exposure to water, perfume and cosmetics, as well as the way your jewelry is worn and maintained, can all influence its appearance. With the right care, your jewelry will remain a beautiful addition to your collection for many years.

All jewelry in our webshop complies with current European regulations regarding nickel, lead and cadmium. As a result, it is suitable for most people with sensitive skin.
